Douglas Hambly has been very active in extreme-right street movements lately. Douglas doxxed himself (and his sons) direct from Tommy Robinson’s summer festival of fascism;

Then he popped up in Torquay at a ‘Unite the Kingdom‘ crypto-fascist event on the 28th of September;

..and again in the front row of Tommy Robinson’s London demonstration in October – standing next to well known neo-Nazi Mike Gott;

…and most recently, Douglas appeared back in Torquay on the 30th November, alongside 5 other sorry looking crypto-fascists, to face total humiliation as part of the ‘Awakening Britain’ event;

Douglas is of particular interest to us due to his position as the Chair of Harberton parish council in the South Hams;

We wonder if his fellow councillors (and parishioners) are aware of his open association with fascists? Or for that matter, are his neighbours – in a small hamlet outside of Harberton – aware? What about his customers and colleagues at Healthsource Totnes – a supposed Community Interest Company (CIC)?

We’re sure some people must be aware, as he’s fairly open about his views on Facebook:

Support for fascist political party / street thugs Britain First;

Spreading disinformation;

Transphobia;

Islamophobia;

Douglas is a member of Reform UK, alongside his open support for Tommy Robinson and Britain First;

Is Douglas the type of person that should be representing a community as chair of a parish council?
